I finished it in 42 minutes. One minute below my goal of 43 minutes. I even ran a little bit. Especially the last 3 blocks. At that point I thought I was going to DIE, but I make it.
I thought I might be weak from doing the detox, but I actually felt pretty good.
Now that I am post-detox, I find I don't have a taste for the "junk" food much. I'm conscious of eating more healthy. Even though I did have two pieces of pizza today. Blame it on my boss who ordered it for lunch. But I also has some collard greens with it, so that hopefully balanced the dough, cheese, and pepperoni. HA!
